1. Chris Langreiter on Git. He rounds up lots of links/tutorials.

   As far as I understand it right now, Git looks like a neurosurgeon's chainsaw when compared to the humble table knife that is Subversion.

2. SQL SERVER 2005 - FIX Error: 18456 : VISTA Windows Authentication. I recently ran into this problem on Vista. Problem is, I never bothered setting up an sa user because I was just going to log in with Windows authentication, so I wasn't able to log into the server at all. Easiest way for me to get in was to uninstall and reinstall the whole thing.

   So... make sure you always set up an sa user.
