Tough XPath question

Is there a way to say the following in XPath?:

Give me the table such that one of its cells contains "foo" and another one of its cells contains "bar". Furthermore, one table may be nested within another that would both be returned by that query, so I'd furthermore want to specify that that table is the most deeply nested (if two siblings match, then of course I'd have to select one) of those tables (or alternatively, the least deeply nested of those tables). That make sense?
