George, I wasn't saying the headline wasn't accurate, but I definitely think it was biased. Instead of "Arnold to take 15 billion dollar bond", or "Arnold says NO to irresponsible government spending", or "Arnold fights for balanced-budget", it's "Arnold to increase debt".

He's proposing selling a 15 billion dollar bond, right? That's basically taking a 15 billion dollar loan. How is that not raising the debt? If I want to pay off my credit card bills by taking out a loan for their full value, did I absolve my debt?
Arnold has a great future as a debt-consolidation spokesman, but how he does as governor seems to still be open.
