Christian Langreiter has a bunch of info about vector programming languages, and specifically about K4, the shiny new version of K. He also links to The Vector Online, an online version of the print version of The Vector, a magazine that's been covering these types of languages for decades. I don't know much at all about these types of languages, so I'm glad Chris pointed me in the right direction to start learning.
He mentioned that K4 now has tables built in... I wonder if that's what the "Table Oriented Programming" guy has been talking about all this time.
