The movie isn't a Mr. Bean movie, per say, it just stars Rowan Atkinson.

A) That film has been out ages over here, and although I've never seen it is apparently quite good.
B) Secondly, Rowan Atkinson has been in far far better things than Bean. I never understood the fascination with Mr Bean. It was never that great.

Sadly, no. Even if you like Rowan Atkinson, Johnny English was shocking. Really. It's one of those films that reminds me why we don't have a film industry any more.

Well, Blackadder obviously, which was probably the funniest british tv show since monty python.
And he did "Not the nine o'clock news" which was pretty hilarious. Ok so that's only 2 things. But still 2 things better than bean.

For the record, I don't really like Mr. Bean, and that's not just because my name actually is Bean, and I spend 8 hrs a day being called "Mr. Bean." I just think the show is rather lame.

Monty Python was some good stuff though. I've never heard of Blackadder, I might check it out.

Never heard of Blackadder? Good grief, and that's supposed to be one of our better-known 'good' comedies.

I can't even remember his parts on Not The Nine O'Clock News. I do remember lots of Smith and Jones though.

Blackadder is one of the best comedies of all time! Far superior to mr bean...
